Full Scale Musical Production
High School Musical

Various Ages Groups 5-17

A hit for many years, this Romeo and Juliet tale follows two teens from very different cliques who bond over their love of music. Basketball captain Troy falls for new student, shy but brilliant Gabriella who becomes the star of the academic team. They express their feelings in Start of Something New. Against type, they shock the student body by teaming up to audition for the upcoming school musical. Drama Club president Sharpay Evans and her brother Ryan do not like competition and show they expect to be the leads in Bop to the Top. Speaking of drama, Troy’s teammate and best friend Chad and Gabriella’s friend Taylor, head of the science club, team up to try to stop them from auditioning, too. B-baller Zeke and brainiac Martha reveal their secret interests as their cliques tell them to Stick to the Status Quo.

Other spectacular songs include the driving on-the-court basketball number,  Get ‘cha Head in the Game. Ultimately the students of East High learn an important lesson in teamwork while gearing up for the show that will have them dancing in the aisles as the entire cast sings and dances We’re All in This Together
