It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of David Blackburn, a beloved member of the kidsActing family for more than 10 years. David passed away on July 1, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, talent, and unwavering dedication to the students and families he served.
David had a remarkable gift for inspiring young people through the performing arts. His passion for music, patient guidance, and genuine care touched the lives of countless children, helping them grow in confidence while filling their hearts with joy. Whether he was leading a rehearsal, teaching a song, or simply sharing a smile, David made every child feel seen, valued, and capable of achieving something extraordinary.
His impact on our community extends far beyond the stage. The memories he helped create and the lives he influenced will continue to resonate for years to come.
David will be deeply missed by everyone at kidsActing, and we are profoundly grateful for the time, talent, and love he shared with our community.
